My career in residential real estate sales has offered me the perfect blend of all that I love – teaching, learning, exploring, guiding, and mentoring. My true passion is the “Ah ha” moment that occurs when I have helped others achieve their potential or realize an important achievement. Being able to make a difference in people’s lives gives me great joy. Having received a master’s degree from Northwestern University and been on the faculty at New Trier High School, Lake Forest High School, and Lake Forest Country Day School, I am intimately familiar with the North Shore. Within my 20+ years in real estate, I have been a designated managing broker over multiple offices and shops for over 15 years.     Karen helped us sell our 1914 Glencoe house in January of 2023. Karen had confidence in the value of our house. Her suggestions to prepare the house were excellent, realistic and had good payback. She also had excellent sources to get the work done quickly and at fair rates.
